What is the proof process?
A proof is a low-resolution sample of your design - once you place your order, the design will be personalized with your information, and a proof will be sent to you via email. You may respond with changes, or, if the proof is perfect, you can approve the proof and your final, printable design will be sent to you via email.
Can I see my information on a proof before I purchase?
Due to time constraints, we do not offer proofs before purchase. We will work with you to make sure you are pleased with your design.
When will I receive my proof?
After you have submitted your order, you can expect to receive a proof within 1-2 business days. For designs with photos, you will not be placed in the proof queue until your photographs have been emailed to email@example.com. Please include your order number in your email. Once we receive your photos, you will have a proof emailed to you within 1-2 business days.
How will I get my printable file?
Once you approve your proof, the final, printable file will be emailed to you. It will be a high-resolution, 300 dpi (photo-quality) .jpg file. At request, we can also send a PDF file of your design.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards, processed securely through our website using Paypal - no PayPal account is required. We also accept payment via PayPal. All payments must be processed online, and for this reason, we are unable to accept payments via check or money order.
How do I send my photos?
Please email your photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. Send at least the same number of photographs as is in your chosen design. If you'd like you can send an extra photo or two, if you are unsure about size, quality, etc.
My photos are big, should I resize them before I send?
Big photographs are the best photographs. Please do not resize your photos if you can help it - the higher quality the photos, the higher quality your design will be. We are able to crop and edit the photos to fit the space on the design. If your photos are too large to send in one email, you can send them over a series of emails. Just be sure to keep the subject name similar in each email. Be advised that some email providers will automatically resize photos to make them smaller in order to email. If your photos are resized and are not usable, we will let you know.
I have an idea for my invitations/announcements/etc. Can you design it for me?
Yes! We offer a custom design option, and we will work with you to ensure your design is how you want it. With our custom design option, we offer unlimited edits. Please see our Custom Design option under "Design Services".
Where should I have my design printed?
For printing, you have two options - printing on cardstock or on photo paper.
For printing on cardstock you can find many different printing vendors online that will print on high-quality cardstock. You can also print cardstock locally at a place like Kinko's or at many office supply stores. If you'd like we can put 2 designs per 8.5x11 sheet and you can print on regular cardstock and trim, and find envelopes separately. Just let us know once you receive your final file that you'd like this set up. If you have a printer at home/work that can handle cardstock you can buy blank cardstock at many office supply stores, as well.
For photo cards online, check out winkflash.com - they offer 5x7 photo cards that include envelopes. Locally, Walgreens and WalMart have 5x7 photocards with envelopes that will develop in an hour, but you can also just print regular photo prints wherever you'd like and buy envelopes separately. It may be easier to find envelopes for 5x7 prints than for 4x6 prints however, so if you decide to go with 4x6 just make sure you have envelopes first! You can find envelopes at most stationery sections of larger stores and at office supply stores.

I haven't heard from you in a while. Are you receiving my emails?
If you find that emails have not been responded to, please check your junk/bulk/spam folders as our emails may have been redirected there. If you still don't find our email, please check our homepage to see if any announcements have been made regarding delays in service.
Can I place an order without a US address?
Please contact us with your desired order information. We can invoice via PayPal for international addresss. Unfortunately we can not ship print orders internationally. Designs can be emailed to you for your local printer of choice.
